Build the structure.
We develop a chapter outline that gives your ideas a clear progression. You approve the direction before any drafting begins.

Will it sound like me?
Your teaching is the foundation for the voice, language, and point of view. We develop that material for the page, and you review the manuscript to make sure it represents you accurately.
Do I need to know which videos or lessons belong in the book?
No. You help us identify the relevant courses and collections. Within the agreed scope, we review the material and recommend what belongs in the manuscript.
How do you access my content?
Before production begins, we agree on the materials included in the review and confirm access to the files, whether that’s a course platform, a shared drive, or recordings you send us. If your recordings don’t have transcripts, we arrange transcription as part of the project.
What if my content has gaps?
Most bodies of work do. When a concept needs clarification, a transition is missing, or a chapter needs a stronger example, we come back to you with focused questions. You answer those, and we build them into the manuscript.
Can you combine several frameworks into one book?
Yes. We build the structure around how your frameworks connect and the journey the reader needs to take. Some may anchor whole chapters. Others may support a larger idea.
What if I’ve already published a book about part of my methodology?
We look at how the new book should relate to your existing work. It may expand the larger methodology, connect several ideas, or serve a different purpose for your audience.
How long does it take?
We set the schedule after reviewing your project. Timing depends on the source material, the development required, and your availability for feedback.
Do I keep ownership?
Yes. You keep ownership of your intellectual property and your book, along with your rights, royalties, and final production files.
