For published authors, experts, entrepreneurs, and speakers

Your book is published. Now it needs a sales system.

You did not spend months, or years, writing, editing, designing, and publishing a book just to watch it sit on Amazon waiting to be discovered. Your book should be working. Selling copies. Reaching new readers. Opening conversations with organizations that could buy 100 at a time. Helping the right podcast hosts, conference organizers, journalists, clients, and partners understand why you are the person they should know.

But publishing makes your book available. It does not make it visible. And Amazon is not your marketing department. We build the strategy, assets, outreach systems, and conversion pathways that help the right people discover your book, and give that attention somewhere profitable to go.

The starting question

Your book should have a job.

For some authors, the job is simple: sell more copies. But for many experts, entrepreneurs, speakers, and professionals, the book can do much more. It can help you:

Generate direct book sales Secure bulk orders Attract clients Build your speaking platform Get booked for podcasts and media Grow your email audience Create partnerships Sell workshops, programs, or services Strengthen your authority

The question is not simply: "How do I market my book?"

It is: "What should this book be doing for my business, message, or brand, and what needs to exist to make that happen?"

That is where we start.

What we mean by a machine

A Book Sales Machine connects discovery to opportunity.

Your book does not need every marketing tactic on the internet. It needs the right few systems working together. A children's book should not have the same marketing machine as a leadership book. A memoir should not be sold like a consultant's authority book. And a book written to support a $10,000 service has very different economics from a book whose main goal is retail sales. Depending on your book, audience, and goals, your machine may include:

Content

Turn the ideas inside your book into content that attracts the right people instead of constantly posting "buy my book."

Speaking

Position the book as proof of the message you can teach on stages, inside companies, and at events.

Podcasts + Media

Develop strong interview angles and outreach assets that give hosts and journalists a reason to feature you.

Bulk Sales

Identify organizations with a reason to buy 25, 100, 500, or more copies, and build the outreach to reach them.

Partnerships

Connect with businesses, associations, communities, and experts already reaching your ideal audience.

Lead Generation

Turn readers and website visitors into people you can reach again through opt-ins, landing pages, and email.

Conversion

Make sure your website, CTAs, and reader journey give attention somewhere useful to go.

Automation

Build workflows that keep marketing moving without requiring you to remember every follow-up.

You probably do not need all of these. Our job is to determine which ones are most likely to move your book.

Activity is not the same thing as infrastructure.

Book Sales Blueprint

Tell me what to build.

$497

You know your book needs stronger marketing. You do not need another generic list of things authors should be doing. You need someone to look at your specific book and tell you who is most likely to buy it, where to reach them, what bigger opportunities exist, which sales channels deserve your attention, what systems are missing, what you should stop wasting time on, and what to do over the next 90 days.

Your Blueprint includes:

  • Book Sales Diagnosis
  • Ideal Buyer + Audience Analysis
  • Opportunity Map
  • Priority Sales Channels
  • Recommended Sales Systems
  • What to Stop / Start / Prioritize
  • Customized 90-Day Action Plan

This is for you if you want the strategy and are comfortable implementing it yourself.

Upgrade to a qualifying Buildout within 14 days and we'll credit the $497 toward your project.

The component menu

What can we build?

Your Buildout is customized around your strongest opportunities. Possible components include:

Book-to-Content System

Messaging themes, content angles, repurposing workflows, and a 30-day content plan built from the ideas already inside your book.

Lead Generation System

A reader resource, landing page, and nurture emails designed to turn anonymous attention into an audience you can reach again.

Podcast + Media System

Interview angles, positioning, pitch assets, outreach templates, and target strategy.

Speaking System

Signature speaking topics, speaker-page messaging, outreach assets, and a strategy connecting your book to the stages you want.

Bulk Sales System

Ideal buyer categories, messaging, prospecting workflow, sales sheet, and outreach sequence for organizations with a reason to buy in quantity.

Partnership System

Strategic partner categories, collaboration ideas, outreach messaging, and a process for reaching people who already have your ideal audience.

Author Sales Funnel

A book landing page, strong calls to action, email connection points, and a reader journey that gives the book somewhere to lead.

Marketing Automation

Workflows designed to remove repetitive marketing tasks and keep key follow-up moving consistently.

Not sure which three you need? Good. You should not have to be. That is what the diagnosis is for.

The bigger math

The royalty may be the smallest check your book produces.

Imagine the right 1,000 people discover your book. One buys it. Another invites you to speak. Another hires you. Another orders 200 copies for her organization. Another introduces you to a partner you have been trying to reach. Only one of those outcomes appears as an Amazon royalty.

That is why we look beyond "How do we sell more copies?" We also ask: Who could buy this in volume? What could this book lead to? Who already has access to the audience you want? What happens after the right person discovers it?

Your book should not simply be for sale. It should be positioned to create movement.

Why Publish With Crystal

I did not learn book marketing from a course about book marketing.

I learned it by needing my own books to sell.

I built my independent publishing career without a traditional publisher's marketing department behind me, and my books have gone on to sell more than 750,000 copies.

That journey taught me something more useful than a long list of promotional tactics: books move when you understand the buyer, position the product correctly, build repeatable ways to reach people, and give attention somewhere to go.

Those books also became part of a larger career that created bulk sales, partnerships, media, speaking opportunities, and a publishing business. Now I bring that same lens to your book.

Not: "How do we post more?" But: "Where is the strongest opportunity around this asset, and what do we need to build to reach it?"

Sound familiar?

This is for the author who expected more from the book.

Maybe you published six months ago. Maybe two years ago. Maybe the launch went well, and then everything stopped.

Maybe people who read the book love it, but too few people know it exists. Maybe you published the book to support your expertise but never connected it to your business. Maybe you know you should be pursuing bulk sales, podcasts, partnerships, or speaking opportunities, but none of the infrastructure exists.

You do not need to start over. The book exists. Now we can build around it.

How it works

Three steps to a working machine.

1

Tell us about your book.

Complete one application and tell us what you published, what you have tried, and what you want the book to accomplish.

2

We find the strongest route.

We diagnose the buyers, opportunities, bottlenecks, and systems most likely to move your book.

3

You choose who builds it.

Take the $497 Blueprint and implement the strategy yourself, or choose a Buildout and let us build the priority systems for you.

Frequently asked questions

Before you apply.

Do I need the Blueprint before a Buildout?
No. The Blueprint is for authors who want the strategy and plan to implement it themselves. If you already know you want the systems built for you, apply directly for a Buildout. The diagnosis is included.
What if I don't know what my book needs?
You are not supposed to. Tell us what you want the book to accomplish. We will recommend the systems that make the most sense based on your goals, audience, opportunities, and existing assets.
Do you guarantee book sales?
No. Nobody can ethically guarantee that a specific number of people will buy your book. What we can build is the positioning, infrastructure, outreach, and conversion pathways designed to give your book a stronger route to the right buyers and opportunities.
Is this only for nonfiction books?
No. But different books require different machines. Children's books, memoirs, novels, professional nonfiction, and workbooks have different buyers and different opportunities. That is exactly why we do not sell one generic marketing package to every author.
Can you just manage my social media?
That is not what this service is designed for. We may build a content system when content is one of your strongest channels, but the goal is to create sales infrastructure, not become your daily social-media manager.

Give the book its job

Your book does not need another random marketing tactic.

It needs a job. A buyer. A route to that buyer. A reason for that buyer to care. And a system that keeps creating opportunities after today's social-media post disappears. You already did the hard part. The book exists. Now let's build what should have been around it all along.
